Leann Hart is a proud graduate of Struble Elementary, Shafer Middle School, and Bensalem High School, the daughter of a retired Bensalem teacher, and the proud parent of a soon-to-be BHS graduate. At every stage, Leann’s life has been shaped by Bensalem Schools.

After high school, Leann went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dickinson College. She’s spent the last 17 years working as a Data Analyst, weeding through large amounts of data to identify what is important, and presenting that data in a way that is accessible for others. She’s a proud union member of IAPE TNG-CWA Local 1096, and she’s never met a spreadsheet she didn’t like.

Leann’s commitment to her community runs deep. She serves on the executive board of BADGE and the board of the BHS Drama Boosters. Until June 2024, she also served on the board of Children First PA, working to address Pennsylvania’s public school funding crisis and advocate for fairer policies that strengthen education and lift the burden off local taxpayers. Through her work, she’s teamed up with lawmakers, educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders — always with one goal: to make sure every student has the tools they need to succeed.

Leann knows that when public schools succeed, communities thrive. She’s ready to put her experience, her skills, and her heart to work for Bensalem — to fight for strong public schools, smart investments, and a future where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
